| Attend a meeting - go ahead and motivate us |
In order to continue as an association we need your support. This support can come in the
form of attending meetings or in the form of funds collected. Your support is completely
voluntary and is greatly appreciated. The only thing that we ask is for you to attend
a meeting. We realize that everyone has limited time but attending the occasional meeting
means a lot to the council and too the other members. The members on the board are volunteers
and your support is a great motivator.

| Fundraisers - the help we need to keep going |
All funds raised will go into promoting the Metis culture as well as the administration
of the Metis organization. In order for the local to grow we will need to build our membership.
This can be done through printed material as well as word of mouth. If you are planning to attend
a meeting bring a friend.

| 1. Raffle for a painting |
| We are presently organizing a raffle to help raise funds. A local artist
and student, Nancy Swan, has submitted a painting to help us in our efforts. Half the funds collected will go to the artist and half the funds collected will
be going to the local. We appreciate the support of the artist and hope that everyone will
buy a ticket.

| 2. Noel Knockwood CD and Material |
| The following material has been provided to us by Noel Knockwood
for sale on our site. The monies raised (half) will be used by the Eldawik Local to continue
to grow our support base. Orders can be placed by contacting Audra Owen or during one of our
